Road Broomer: Model-SRB-200
Model SRB-230 is Hydraulic Road Broomer Machine specially designed for road construction industry. It is tractor towable and used for cleaning the pavement surface before bitumen spraying or laying hotmix asphalt or concrete mix.
The Road Broomer machine is manufactured from pressed steel consisting of broom shaft, two heavy duty wheels, hydraulic motor and adjustment screws. Hydraulic motor gets the power from the hydraulic pump of tractor. The motor in turn rotates the broomer shaft. The advantage of hydraulic drive is that the broomer shaft can be rotated even when the tractor is stationary. The broomer sweeps away the dust towards the left hand side of the machine.
Pressure on the broom brushes can be applied with the adjustment screws as per the slope of the surface. Replaceable Nylon Bristle Broom Brushes ensures proper cleaning of the surface.
Mechanical vs Hydraulic Road Broomer
In mechanical broomer the drive to the brush shaft is transmitted by traction wheel of the broomer by gear arrangement whereas in hydraulic broomer the drive to the brush shaft is provided by independent hydraulic motor.
Road Sweeper: Model-SRS-230
The Road Sweeper is built compact with state-of-the-art technology. The unit is tractor towable and used for cleaning the road, street, highway, parking plot, petrol pump and any pavement surface. The Road Sweeper is manufactured from pressed steel consisting of broom shaft, supporting wheels, hydraulic motor and dust collector. Hydraulic motor gets the power from the hydraulic pump of tractor. The motor in turn rotates the broomer shaft. The advantage of hydraulic drive is that the broomer shaft can be rotated even when the tractor is stationary. The swept material is collected in dust collector that can be emptied by cable operation.
