Reversible Concrete Mixer

S.P. Enterprise offers Reversible Concrete Mixers to produce quality concrete mix at construction sites.

Available in output capacities of 8 m3/hr., 10 m3/hr., 12 m3/hr.and 15 m3/hr.,

Hydraulically operated loading hopper with option of single or three and fitted with load cells.
Mixer drum with charging & discharging blades is rotating on well align heavy-duty dust proof three bearing rollers for smooth rotation.
Drum mixer serves the dual purpose of mixing as well as discharging of mixed concrete, rotation of drum in one direction charges the raw material for mixing and reversing the rotation direction discharges the mixed material.
Control Panel with individual digital display of Aggregates, Cement, Sand & Water.
Frame and chassis fabricated from heavy duty structural steel.
With four nos. pneumatic tyres and tow bar.

S.P. Enterprise 1 bag,q ¾ bag and ½ bag concrete mixers powered by electric motor or diesel engine to meet the customer’s requirement.

10 / 7	:	Consumes One bag of cement (50 Kgs.) per batch of 7 Cu. Ft. (200 ltrs.) 10 Cu. Ft. Unmixed material / 7 Cu. Ft. Mixed material (Batch size 200 ltrs.) Available with mechanical / hydraulic hopper or without hopper.

7 / 5	:	Consumes 3/4 bag of cement (50 Kgs.) per batch of 5 Cu. Ft. (140 ltrs.) 7 Cu. Ft. Unmixed material / 5 Cu. Ft. Mixed material (Batch size 140 ltrs.)

5 / 3	:	Consumes 1/2 bag of cement (50 Kgs.) per batch of 3½ Cu. Ft. (100 ltrs.) 5 Cu. Ft. Unmixed material / 3 Cu. Ft. Mixed material (Batch size 100 ltrs.)

Rigid and sturdy chassis fabricated from structural steel.
Fitted with four wheels with broad wheel base for better stability.
Tow bar with turn table is provided for towing.
Gear ring is precisely cast for smooth performance of mixing drum.
Cradle type mixing drum facilitates tilting on either side by hand wheel for different mixing position.
Charging of raw material can be manual or with mechanical / hydraulic hopper
